Alfonso Pinzón began his real estate career in New York in the 70's. After graduating in Accounting and Business Administration in 1964 in his native Colombia, Pinzón wanted to get involved with a tangible product and combine that with the daily interaction with people. He got into real estate in the United States. Very early on in his career, Pinzón established successful partnerships with Indian and Chinese entrepreneurs, buying and selling commercial and foreclosure properties on behalf of banks - mostly in New York. During those days, Pinzón gained invaluable experience in multiple-dwelling properties, renovations, refurbishments and property management.
Today his tremendous experience proves very useful in evaluating properties, negotiating transactions and providing creative financing solutions. Pinzón's clients are from all over the world, as he has travelled extensively to cities like Athens, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, London, Madrid, Moscow, New Delhi, Panama City, Paris, Sidney and Singapore to name, but a few. He still regularly visits Argentina, the Domenic Republic, Ecuador, Mexico and Venezuela to attend meetings with existing and future clients.
