I just had an opportunity to walk through the newly completed Trump Towers I at Sunny Isles.  Wow!  It is without a doubt the most sophisticated of all the recently completed buildings in the area.  The lobby is small but lavishly covered in rich wood and elegantly veined brown marble - contrasted with creamy white leather furniture.  All of it done In a way that says - timeless luxe - not 'of the moment'.  It's a lobby that isn't going to be 'So last Tuesday' by this time next year.   And the club room has to be the hardest to leave place I've been in a while.  Talk about a great feeling - cool furniture, cool vibe - again without being trendy - and it TOTALLY brings the ocean right into the room.  No other club room on the beach does it as well.

They got it right on the units as well - good ceiling height - floor to ceiling glass - nice marble baths.  Ready for you to fit out to your liking. 

My only real complaint is the drop off/entrance - it's just boring.

All in all I was really impressed.
