Katerina, I have to tell you it never really occurred to me to market properties on a square foot basis you must be in a very high end area that I have no concept of. We are doing custom Adirondack homes for a little over $200/sq.ft. and with the land sell for less than half of your prices. But I guess that's Florida and people will pay for where they want to be.
